From amazing cheeses and unique local fruit and juices, to traditionally reared poultry, beef, venison, and lamb from small local farms right down to an incredible range of wonderful preserves and chutneys, the food from the Tamar valley area gives plenty to work with. And the honey from the Tamar Valley bees, which are able to wander from old apple and cherry orchards to primrose banks, to heather and gorse on the hills, is very special indeed.
